Gabriel, the bell tent, sleeps 2 adults and up to 4 children. There is a minimum stay of three nights, except in July and August when it is a minimum stay of seven nights. There is an additional fee of £15 per child per night for children aged 1-18 yrs, babes in arms go free.

Prices are per stay and based on two adults sharing. The 'no frills' price still includes total privacy at your site, however, you will need to bring your own bed linen, towels, kitchen cupboard essentials, cream tea, tea towels etc., and bring or purchase logs and kindling at £10 per box.
For reservations in 2021, a non-refundable deposit of £50 is required to secure your booking via the website using Paypal. Should you be booking early and wish to prepay by instalments or make a bank transfer, please contact Zara to arrange. Please note that full payment is required 15th March 2021.
Please note that we have a STRICT Cancellation Policy
If your booking is cancelled or you change your dates, your deposit of £50 is charged.
If you cancel less than 6 weeks before the arrival date, a fee of £100 is charged. If you cancel less than 4 weeks before the arrival date, £150 is charged; if less than 3 weeks then £175 is charged; if less than 2 weeks the full amount of your stay is charged and NO monies will be returned to the payee.
THEREFORE PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOUR TRAVEL INSURANCE COVERS YOU FOR CANCELLATION
We are a working farm...
Please kindly note that we are a working farm and we (and our neighbours) will be combining the oats, barley and wheat at some point between mid-July and the end of August. Although we will do our best to avoid disrupting your peace, there may be machinery noise in nearby fields during your stay.
