Our Cancellation Policy
Should you wish to amend your booking, subject to availability, you can change your dates without charge. Should you wish to cancel your booking we will any return monies paid, less a £30 administration fee, up to 31 days before your arrival date. Please also note that:
If a booking is cancelled:
21-31 days before the arrival date, 75% of monies received will be returned to the payee.
14-20 days before the arrival date, 50% of monies received will be returned to the payee.
8-13 days before the arrival date, 25% of monies received will be returned to the payee.
0-7 days before the arrival date, no monies will be returned to the payee.
Should you need to cancel your booking due to a government enforced lockdown or travel restriction, the above policy does not apply and all monies will be returned to you, less a £30 administration fee.
Of course, subject to availability, you can change your dates to later in the year or into 2022 without charge.
Please note that we do have a strict cancellation policy, therefore please ensure that your insurance policy covers you for cancellation.
