What to expect during your stay
At this breath taking location, it really will be just for you, hence our name, 'Just Us Retreats'. We offer you splendid isolation, total privacy and exclusive use of your own private meadow.
You will also have access to our tennis court (we supply rackets and balls), and our games barn, where you can play table tennis, pool and table football.
At your private site, you will have your own Ooni Pizza oven, a fully equipped kitchen and dining equipment (saucepans, crockery, cutlery etc.) hand picked flowers and a Devon cream tea upon arrival. We included bed linen, towels, a generous supply of kindling and logs (extra can be purchased at £5 per basket).
There is a proper flushing loo and an outdoor, hot water shower. We also provide a pot of marshmallows for you to toast at the fire pit.
There is no electricity on site and the hut is lit by fairy lights and candles, which is utterly magical. The kitchen and loo hut are lit by solar lights and we provide torches for your convenience. You have sole access to one of our outhouses, where there is electricity to charge your devices and your fridge freezer is located.
Should you need to cancel your booking
For reservations in 2021, please note that a deposit of £100 is required to secure your booking and full payment is due six weeks before arrival.
Should you need to cancel due to Covid 19 restrictions, subject to availability, you can change your dates without charge. Should you be unable to amend your dates and need a refund, we will return your deposit, less a £30 administration fee.
Adam Burton has taken some amazing shots of our farm. This is one of the many stunning views that you will see when walking around our 300 acre farm.
We are a working farm...
Please kindly note that we are a working farm and we (and our neighbours) will be combining the oats, barley and wheat at some point between mid-July and the end of August. Although we will do our best to avoid disrupting your peace, there may be machinery noise in nearby fields during your stay.
